Regardless of your New West plan, you will always receive a higher level of benefit when you select a participating New West provider. Participating providers:
Accept the New West fee
Do not balance bill members
Are partners with your Plan
Help keep costs down If your plan gives you a choice, consider the benefits of receiving care from a participating provider.

The fact that a Provider is included as a Participating Provider in a printed or electronic Provider Directory does not guarantee that the Provider is available to provide Health Care Services to you.
