New West Health Services will accept belated enrollment changes and elections through January 31, 2009.

Deductible

No deductibles on most services means saving money. And the most you'll pay is $250 per individual and $500 per family.

Office Visit Copayment

A low flat rate of $15 is all you pay when you see your physican, chiropractor, specialist or urgent care provider.

Emergency Care

When you have a medical emergency, the last thing on your mind should be the cost. Rest assured, you'll only pay a $75 copayment for emergency room visits.
