Our Commitment to Quality Improvement

New West Health Services is always looking for ways to improve the care our members receive and the services we provide. To accomplish this, we have a dedicated Quality Improvement Department, which implements a program each year to focus on those areas where we feel New West can impact the health and services our members receive. For example, we consistently turn our attention to women's health screenings, childhood immunizations, and diabetic care. Other areas of concern are addressed as they are identified, and we work with both members and providers to improve them. The program measures its success through carefully-considered indicators, and posts its results annually on the website
